Preparation and optical properties of nickel nanoparticles implanted carbon membranes

چکیده

Through dip coating method monodisperse nickel nanoparticles assisted carbon membrane was prepared on porous alumina disc support. The solution by blending of thermally stable polymer polyphenylene oxide (PPO) and labile polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) followed addition nanoparticles. Size nanoparticles, surface porosity, average pore size, element composition optical properties the were investigated means different techniques such as XRD, FE-SEM, EDS UV-Visible spectrometer Incorporation nano-sized in matrix causes increase size from 0.022 µm to 0.076 well porosity decrease band gap 5.44 eV 5.09 membrane.
